Responsibilities:

• Focus on product development for different markets or customers;
• Monitor and follow up the flow related to new products development and work with other teams to resolve the problem;
• Work closely with internal and external parties in relation to product development, production, marketing and promotional strategies;
• Responsible for new concept development, new product trials and new ingredient testing;
• Communicate with other departments to ensure all projects meet the target timeline;
• Able to handle Ad Hoc Project.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• 5 years' relevant working experience of product development in bakery industry;
• Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Self-motivated with good presentation and communication skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Occasionally travel in China
