Responsibilities:

• Follow up on new product schedule closely in order to ensure quality as well as on time delivery
• Work closely with Factory, Purchasing Department to monitor project development process
• Responsible to follow up samples, testing, production and keep records of product development status
• Consolidation of sales data and generation of statistic and trend reports
• Work closely with marketing team in product launch and promotional campaign
• Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in food and beverage industry
• Willing to develop further career in food industry field
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Spoken & written Japanese is an added advantage
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
