Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage various information of hotel industry, make business plans and strategies;
• Responsible to regional hotel evaluation, signing and daily customer relationship maintenance;
• Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners;
• Ensure that partner hotels’ products are consistently optimized on the website to maximize customer conversion;
• Pay attention to all issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations to ensure smooth execution of processes and plans;
• Handle hotel business related issues such as order complaint and customer service;
• Analysis and review Sales, Competitor, Market reports.
• Carry out assigned tasks and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in hotel management, tourism management and marketing is preferred;
• Prior experience in OTA, hotel and travel industry is preferred;
  
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered;
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with school scholarship or student union experience is preferred;
• Presentable, guest service oriented and possess strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Hardworking and have a sense of responsibility, always challenge self under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to constantly changing market condition;
• Skilled use of office and other office software, have strong data analysis ability and word expression ability;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is must;
• Willing to work in different places and accept global job rotation arranged by company.
