Description:

• Intuitively anticipating guests’ needs, by responding promptly and acknowledging all guests, whatever time of day.
• Providing our guests a customer service in accordance to the hospital standard procedures thriving to go the extra mile at all times by being intuitive, refined and engaging.
• Confident knowledge in hospitality, to ensuring a smooth operation of guest relations and guest service.
• Welcome and fulfill the admission process of special guests, including serving as an escort to patient rooms.
• Work closely with other department heads in the provision of seamless quality guest service.
• To maintain comments relating to service standards , resolve problems arising from guests.

Job Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in customer service.
• Form 5 graduate with pass or above in English syllabus B in HKCEE / DSE or equivalent or Diploma of hospitality related discipline.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with special guest.
