Job Responsibilities: 

• Build, maintain and cultivates strong relationships with sales team, partners and customers to identify and qualify targeted business & solutions
• Design and implement the solution that best meets the customer's requirements
• To promote, deliver presentations and demonstrations IT solution to customers of all levels and provide advice on system integration, scalability, security and performance of related systems which complied customer’s corporate standards.
• Provide POC on holistic IT solution to the customer;
• Support Pre-sale & Post-sale Teams including IT Products evaluation
• Design, implementing, integrating and supporting Wintel infrastructure platforms and technologies, including MS AD, SCCM & Exchange, Virtualization etc.
• Manage projects and effectively execute project specific deliverables
• Conduct UATs and prepare project documentation, test plan and technical briefing to Customer;
• Systems and Users Administration & Technical Support to Internal or External
• Communicate with Vendors on technical support issues;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / IT related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years solid experience for IT projects and used to deal with customer and manage internal project management independently
• Working knowledge in system, network and security infrastructures (Server, SAN, Virtualization, Cloud, Firewall, Switch and WIFI)
• Working Knowledge on major operating systems e.g. Windows, Linux
• Holder on systems, network and security certificates would be advantages
• Strong team player who is capable of handling challenges and self-motivated
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skill both in English and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure for deadlines.
