Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Support services - Data Centre operations and service provisioning
• Manage MMR expansion projects
• Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects
• Customer connectivity service, including circuit testing and labelling 
• Cross connect related audit duties, record validation & housekeeping work 
• Local networking devices (Cisco / Juniper / Brocade / H3C) 
• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and reporting
• Pre-sales support to Sales and Customer Service team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma graduated in I.T. or other disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills 
• Self-motivate, customer-orientated attitude 
• Good command of spoken and written English
