Workstation hardware/software installation
Workstation hardware maintenance & support services
Server hardware setup & OS installation
Assist network equipment installation
Update services details in the system

Job Responsibilities:

Provide the end-user support services
Workstation OS & software installation and network equipment installation.
Provide the preventive maintenance services on client side.

Job Requirements:

Secondary Education
Working experience in Windows OS Installation(XP, Win7 or Win10)
Knowledge in router and switch networking environment
Self-initiative, result oriented and able to work independently
