Responsibilities:

• Leading developers to achieve IT projects
• User and business requirements identification and consolidation
• Prepare project document deliverables including requirement specification, functional design specification, test plan and case, training materials and related documents
• Assist in system development tasks particularly in the area of contract out process like preparing and managing RFI (Request For Information), RFP (Request For Proposal) and RFT (Request For Tender)
• Identify and analyze new operation requirement for office automation(OA) / enhancement and provide support at all stages of development / enhancement process
• Evaluate new technology to improve OA services and take the lead to conduct, with or without assistance from external services provider, proof of concept test when necessary
• Perform vendor and contract management and review vendors’ system documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related disciplines
• 6 - 8 years’ relevant experience in IT solutions delivery in a sizable organization
• Knowledge of contemporary IT, including ERP, Workflow, DMS, Application Server and Web Server
• Mobile application, Workflow and Document Management System product experience is definitely an asset
• Solid experience on up-to-date desktop, web site development and web application development is a must
• Hands on experience in MS SQL, store procedure, VB, VB.Net, Crystal Report, Java and JSP, HTML and PHP
• Strong people management and vendor management
• Result-oriented and able to deliver projects on tight schedule
• A self-motivated team player with positive attitude
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical background users
• Excellent presentation, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
