Responsibilities: Provide system support, handle batch job, maintain operation of computer room and various servers, and troubleshoot network connections.  Diagnose hardware errors and failures as well as install operating systems and applications, etc.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in handling MS Windows, MS Office applications, and IT support
• Hands-on experience in monitoring console messages and online systems as well as handling system alerts and reported problems
• Understanding of LAN/WAN and network equipment is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, Putonghua speaking an asset.  Night shift is required
