The Job

• Work with sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities, lead current situation with provision of solutions, and close the deal
• Drive, cultivate & educate account sales resources including agile working methods to enrich business opportunities

• Develop and enhance C-level relationship

• Highlight value proposition of proposed solution using techniques such as storytelling, best practices sharing, slide presentations, product demonstrations, POC arrangements and ROI proof

• Conduct process assessment and evaluation on Digital Transformation Solutions (like RPA, BPM, ECM)

• Identify key customer situational improvement area and develop solution strategy, deliver As-Is / To-Be process design

• Act as a key focal point to various business units and act as “translator” between business and technical experts

• Be the lead to work with presales team for technical aspects of solutions, such as user requirement study, supporting bid responses, solution proposal, proof-of-concept, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.

• Work with presales team for solution architectures, application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution.

The Person

• Degree holder, for Computer Science, IT or equivalent Degree is preferable

• At least 3 years relevant sales experience in Enterprise solutions with Workflow, ECM, SaaS technologies

• Experience in selling RPA and BPM application
• Confident in quality presentation skills and the ability to persuasively present product offering
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Can work within tight schedule or under stress
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• " Enterprise Solutions Consultant " title will be offered for less experienced candidates
