Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide first level of support on IT equipment, application software and networking for internal and guest users

Install, configure and maintain all IT equipments in timely manner
-
Proactively monitor all IT hardware, network, system job and etc to ensure smooth operations

Ensure preventative maintenance and regular check are carried out to safeguard critical technology

Educate user and enforce IT policies and procedures

Provide IT support service after office hours
-
Perform other IT tasks/projects assigned by IT Manager

Work on a rotating roster which will include weekends, evenings, early and late shifts as required
Job Requirements:
-
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years of user support experience
-
Good knowledge in VMware environment, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure and security.

An independent self-starter and a team player
-
Good command of communication and interpersonal skills
-
Posses both system and network troubleshooting skills
-
Candidate with MCSE, CCNA certification will be added advantage
