Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and maintenance work of both existing and new IT applications, including web and mobile applications
• Work closely with the IT vendors, service providers and internal departments to gather and consolidate user requirements, perform system design and analysis, formulate test plan and participate in the testing activities, perform quality assurance, conduct training, and provide system go-live support
• Undertake system development work including programming, testing, implementation and related system maintenance, enhancements and support tasks
• Prepare documentations for various IT activities
• Be responsible for administering the IT applications, namely: user account management, system parameters configuration, and database scripts execution
• Provide support in generating reports, perform data analysis and business intelligence to meet the requirements from different levels of end users
• Ensure the work deliverables, including both in-house and outsourced work, fulfilling the Society’s requirements in terms of quality, schedule and budget
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Solid experience in system development on ASP.NET, VB.NET, Crystal Report, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, MySQL and MS SQL database
• Knowledge of Window 7, 10, Windows Server 2012 or above, SQL Server 2012 or above
• Knowledge of MS Dynamic CRM, mobile application development, and BI tool will be an advantage
• Proactive with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure successful deliverables
• Possess a “can-do” attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
