Major Job Responsibilities

• Provide Daily User support
• Provide Daily Backup administration
• Provide ongoing ID administration, including MS Active Directory, Cisco IP phone system for HK and SEA offices
• Google GSuite Support & Administration
• Prepare simple user’s manual
• Work closely with peers and IT vendors in providing daily supports and advice to end-users

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in system administration and end user support
• Holder of MCSE / MCP / CCNA is an advantage
• Experience in Google Gsuite Administration is an advantage
• Experience in VMWare ESXi is an advantage
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise documents for system operating procedures
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred
• Able to work out of office hours for urgent production issues and willing to travel occasionally
