Major Job Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing systems maintenance and administration, including MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, Cisco IP phone, Cisco firewall and switches, Windows PCs, VMWare and other network equipment in HK and SEA offices
• Google GSuite Administration
• Ensure system security & data integrity, including backup, disaster recovery planning and execution
• SAP security and authorization control
• Participate in software/product evaluation, performance monitoring and diagnoses, identify and prevent potential issue proactively
• Prepare reports, technical documents, implementation proposals and user’s manual
• Work closely with peers and IT vendors in providing daily supports and advice to end-users

 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines, holder of MCSE / MCP / CCNP/ CCNA preferred
• At least 3-4 years relevant experience in system administration and end user support
• Experience in Windows AD structure, Networking troubleshooting, Cisco IP phone system, Lotus Domino Server and Backup administration
• Experience in server virtualization platform (VMware ESXi 6.5) are preferred
• Experience in Google GSuite Administration is an advantage
• Experience in SAP authorization and GRC is an advantage
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise documents for system operating procedures
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred
• Able to work out of office hours for urgent production issues and willing to travel occasionally
• Those with less experience will be considered as Technical Support
