Main Responsibilities:

1.Provide 1st line I.T. support for all aspects in the Hong Kong office, focusing on supporting Front Office and operations department.

2.Monitor the systems and address issues ranging from missing trades to exchange connectivity problems to system outages.

3.Collaborate with business colleagues to design and deliver I.T. solutions that address business needs.

4.Responsible for other duties including analysis, code, test, implement and support batch related enhancements.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline.

2.Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.

3.Proactive and multitasking, able to execute multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

4.Excellent communication skills in English/Cantonese/Mandarin and interpersonal skills.

5.Fresh graduates are welcome to submit their resumes and front office support experience in financial services, hedge fund, asset management group will be a plus.
