Job Description

Worker Engagement, part of ELEVATE’s global Consulting business, uses data to create safe and respectful workplaces. We are seeking a technical & detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst for Worker Engagement team, maintaining the development of data collection and grievance mechanism platforms to meet client needs and support ELEVATE’s mission.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of managing, guiding, developing and supporting the growth of our innovative and global data collection system for Worker Engagement and grievance mechanisms globally, including:

  • Collect, understand, and translate the business requirements into functional specifications and detailed workplace
  • Develop tools and integrations with survey and helpline platforms to build upon and streamline processes for staff and clients
  • Manage individual accounts of service providers for optimal operations balance with efficient use of funds
  • Research and conduct due diligence on potential new platforms for data collection
  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for internal employees with documentation, user guides, trainings, etc.
  • Develop internal processes for monitoring and supporting growing data collection network with an aggressive turnaround on solving active issues and little downtime to network

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in software and system design, development and system support, as well as outsourcing management
  • Knowledge and skills with the use of SaaS platforms, REST APIs and Database Management
  • Familiarity with Ticketing system (eg. Zendesk / Freshdesk), Tableau, Python, SQL, Ruby on rails, IVR, etc. is preferred
