The Requirements are:-

• Report to Claims Manager in handling Travel and Medical Insurance Claims including in-patient & out-patient for corporate and individual clients
• Adjudicate travel and medical claims according to company's guidelines
• Process, examine and pre-authorize claims according to assiged authority
• Liaise with medical providers/administrators/hospitals
• Handle claims adminstrative tasks
• Assist Claims Manager to provide quality claims services to clients
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by Claims Manager
• University graduate with min 2  years' insurance experience in handling group/individual medical claims and travel claims
• Good knowledge on Medical and travel Insurance with sound knowledge in medical terms
• Work experience in provider network will be an asset
• Careful and attentive to details with strong analytical mindset
• Team player with good interpsonal and communication skills
• Good command of sopken and written English and Chinese
• Self motivated, mature and able to work independently
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
