With over 90 years of history in global and over 15 years of history in Hong Kong, our client is a world-leading industry leader in engineering services E&M contracting field. With business growth and continuous success, they are looking for a talented Operation Manager (Group) for their HK office and business operation.

About the Role

Reporting to Head of Operations in Headquarter, you are based in HK looking after day-to-day operation and general management. Leading a team of 16 in Hong Kong including project managers, engineers, you are leading the team for engineering project & contract management for clients in Hong Kong, China and in APAC. You will also be accountable for managing local team, account management, development & training of the staff and general operation function of the company.


About the Requirement

• Over 15 years of experiences in construction/ engineering/ infrastructure industry, with track record in team management/ team operation by leading multi-business functions
• Track record in delivering mid-scale engineering/ construction projects, understand well regarding to contract administrations & program and resources management
• Prior experiences in Matrix Reporting/ MNC environment would be advantageous
• Strategic, strong team leadership, and sound client interfacing skills
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
• Degree holder in engineering or related field
