A leading European Consumer Goods MNC which has retail business across the globe is now looking for a Regional Operation Manager to join their expanding team. The role will be based in HK, responsible for leading sales team to achieve sales and SOP target as well as supervising and ensuring the stores’ operations are in accordance with company’s standard, human resources policies and procedures etc. for Hong Kong & Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute regional yearly and monthly sales target and lead stores to achieve it
• Monitor budget and expenses of stores to achieve SOP target
• Staff recruitment
• New stores’ team set-up and coaching
• Visit stores, monitor and check stores’ execution on goods, training, VM, marketing and other operation work
• Responsible of the set-up of new stores’ opening and existing stores’ renovation
• Provide stores and staff’s KPI analysis to sales director to improve stores’ productivity
• Market analysis, know competitors and products
• Correctly controlling the product to meet sales objectives assigned by the direction
• Support training team, responsible for operation training and execution in stores
• Monitor that customer services provided by staff fits the company’s standard

Requirements:

• University Degree with any disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in retail management
• Passion, dedication and ambition are must
• Self-initiated, result-oriented, analytical and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of Chinese and English
