Our client is a well-established company in the healthcare sector specialize in Chinese Medicine and Supplement. They have a prominent presence in China and expanding the business coverage in Hong Kong they are looking for a senior leader with strong commercial and operational experience to lead the team. 

Responsibilities

• Report to the Executive Director
• Be a leader to carry full accountability of the P&L and general management of the Healthcare business
• Work closely with the team, will lead and drive the company's Healthcare strategy and provide effective leadership to continue to inspire and develop their capabilities
• Continue to identify, evaluate and suggest new business opportunities to expand the local market share investigate
• Manage the sales and operations team to implement appropriate strategies and action plans to support the market and customer focus approach
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations

Requirements:

• University graduates in business related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the relevant sector of consumer healthcare, experience gain from Chinese Medicine and Supplement distributor are preferred
• Strong experience in managing the distribution channel and worked closely with distributors
• Good network and understanding of modern trade
• Demonstrated track record in driving growth, building up teams
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and capability
