Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Directors, you have to Liaise with our Directors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Organize and monitor daily operations of our plants in Asia region including financial and budgeting, administration and staffing, supply chain and inventory tracking. 
• Act as main handler to deal with local Government authorities related to customs, tax and labour etc.
• Initiate, implement and improve standard operating procedures, maintain effective communications among different departments to ensure operation of our business runs smoothly.  

Requirements

To fulfill the post, you should have the following :

• Diploma or above;
• A minimum of 10 years of plant management experience and in the capacity as senior management for minimum 5 years in sizable manufacturing companies. Experience in new factory set up is definitely an asset;
• Self-starter with detail minded and cost conscious individual; confidence in strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making;
• Strong leadership and people management skills and also a good team player;
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English;
• Station in South East Asia and willing travel to China

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Senior Operation Manager.
