The candidate is responsible for assisting the management in the coordination of corporate support matters. In this regard, the incumbent is required to:

• Oversee and guide all operations and subsidiary companies to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Ensure businesses are in line with the corporate vision, particularly on business strategies, financial results, corporate governance, etc.
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
• Prepare analysis, report and presentation to the management on all matters of importance.
• Work with senior management to formulate future development of business operations.
• Formulate, facilitate and communicate Corporate's strategic initiatives and future goals.
• Develop Group’s long-term and short-term strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate various business segments and ensure all targets and requirements are met.
• Take the lead to identify business potential and enforce changes. Identify & convey strategic risks.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industries of the Group.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent or relevant solid experience.
• 18+ years of experience at management level in listed companies or conglomerates.
• Knowledge in related rules, standards, legal and compliance requirements is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment.
• Strategic thinking, broad business perspectives and strong management skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
