Responsibilities: 

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Identify capacity constrain and bottleneck, implement solution in a timely manner
• Suggest solutions for process improvements, increase efficiency, improve customer service, decrease waste and lower costs
• Collaborate with different internal and external parties, work closely with Manufacturing Team, maintain strong working relationships with other plant within system to ensure plans are aligned
• Provide support to Sales & Marketing, say new product launch, forecast, etc.
• Project management within supply chain

Requirement:

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of experience in supply chain, planning experience is preferred
• Knowledge and understand of supply chain concepts and application
• ERP system, SAP implementation will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good in Project management skills
• Strong analytical, planning and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
