We are a well-establish garment trading and manufacturer in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Factory located in South East Asia. To cope with our progressive expansion, we are looking for an aggressive and highly caliber candidate to join us for the position.

Job Requirements:

 • Must be familiar with banking documents shipments such as D/P, D/A, L/C, BTB LC etc.

• Documentation formalities pertaining to shipments

• Arranging shipment and follow up with factories & shipping company

• Co-coordinating all shipping activities for numerous suppliers

• Good knowledge of all documentation formalities pertaining to shipments

• Experience in making all relevant shipping documents

• Willing to travel to China and other destinations if essential

 Requirement:

 • Excellent command in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin skills

 • Minimum 4 years experience in a manufacturer, trading company, or multinational export company’s shipping department

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 • Able to work under pressure and within time constraints

 • Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email) etc)

 • Willing to learn
