Key job tasks/duties/responsibilities:

• Management of orders and the delivery timeframes
• Managing and reporting on on-time deliveries
• Maintain relationships between factories, Customer, Quality Assurance and Control
• Production of technical documentation and update as required
• Work closely with Quality Assurance Teams
• Negotiations with factories

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 5+ years’ experience in direct deal with buyers for Merchandiser / 2+year experience for Junior Merchandiser required
• Buying office experience preferred
• Previous experience in sweater and cut & sew knits essential
• Previous experience in woven and lingerie a plus
• Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
• Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel when required & as necessary
• A confident and proactive work ethic
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary Qualification is preferred but not essential
