Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of one or more digital projects, which can include site launch, online tools, web applications, advertising campaigns and more.
• Provide end-to-end project management, including scope, budget, detailed planning and monitoring of project progress. They also will facilitate collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement project plans.
• Involve in the development of support documentation, such as risk logs and requirement specifications, to ensure that actual progress is meeting planned progress.
• Communicate with the team, to get their buy-in on the project and to make sure they’re clear on all tasks delegated to them.
• Highlight risk and develop plans to deal proactively with these issues when and if they arise during the project to resolve them. Besides risk, you will also be on the lookout for opportunities to explore as potential new projects.

Job Qualifications

• Solid experience and skills in website (Google Analytics) and CRM analytics (preferred: knowledge of SQL or/& Oracle Siebel)
• 3 years minimal project management experience (digital, CRM or/& e-commerce related projects)
• Great time management and communication skills, and can collaborate effectively to manage and deliver projects within quality, time and budget requirements.
• Analytical, technical savvy & strong communication in English and Mandarin
