RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate marketing programs to implement marketing activities in different outlets
• Review and revise marketing programs to ensure the results and to deliver the company’s goals
• Capable to team up operations team (i.e. chefs & restaurant managers) to identify market opportunities and to execute marketing activities in different outlets with the company’s short and long terms sales growth objectives
• Work closely with different internal and external parties for identify market and promotions opportunities
• Develop and manage different marketing media
• Liaise with suppliers on joint promotion

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years or above solid marketing experience gained in managerial role of F&B and/or hospitality industry
• Good understanding of F&B operations particularly in Japanese and/or western cuisines
• Operations background with hands-on operations experience a PLUS
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Passionate in F&B industry with result-orientated attitude
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
