Job Description

1. Understand the e-payment market, conduct competitor analysis and explore customer needs
2. Device product & pricing strategy which fit into the company’s business direction
3. Propose & design innovative & competitive payment products (e-payment & pre-paid card) and solutions for personal & corporate customers
4. Lead the development & day-to-day management of various types of payment products
5. Design & enhance product flow and operation procedures to attain higher efficiency and better customer experience
6. Monitor & drive product sales results, conduct customer analysis to derive actionable insights

 Requirements

• With bachelor degree in business administration, finance, marketing or related discipline
• Over 5 years of experience in card product development &management
• Knowledge about e-payment & e-wallet product and latest market development preferred
• Possess good business acumen & analytical mind, be innovative and a team player
• Well-versed in MS Office
• Those with less experience can be considered for Product Development Assistant Manager
