 Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ needs, identify brands’ challenges and gaps; and develop creative and branding solutions

• Responsible for developing memorable, effective and award-winning concepts and ideas, crafting client pitching and deliver creatively brilliant presentation
• Create big ideas and well-crafted content, design, video and event; formulate campaigns that runs across digital, broadcast, print, guerrilla and public relations
• Devise integrated media strategies, manage and roll out ATL + BTL campaigns to maximize client’s business result
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve integrated campaign success
• Lead, inspire and motivate a team of 8-10 members including content creators and designers and to foster creativity and cross skill learning among the team and develop team's knowledge of social media and content marketing

Requirements

• 4 years or above experience in media/ advertising agency

• Degree or equivalent in Art, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related subject
• Have excellent understanding of latest market trend, viral marketing campaign & recent social content
• Creative, strategic thinker who has visual ideas and copy-based solutions
• Digital savviness a must, experience in creating digital content required
• Self-starter, individual contributor - having positive working attitude, responsible and self-motivated
• Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Associate Creative Director
