Our  Management Trainee Program is tailor-made for Fresh graduates and aims at training Fresh Graduates become YOUNG PROFESSIONAL in 1 years. Selected candidates can choose their preferred stream(s) and will be trained and rotated in different areas including, but not limited to Account Executive, Business Development, Customer Relationship, Direct Sales & Marketing, Operations Administration and Product Analysis.

After 1 years training program, candidates will become professional in the following aspects:

1.Independent team management skill (assistant team manager level)
2.Manage 8 frontline staff team
3.Able to train up new comers for solving clients' problems

Requirements:
- University Graduate/Post Graduate or in any discipline
- Mature, with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility
