Responsibilities:

• Manage overseas distributors on daily basis including sales, forecast, penetration of channels and other sales related duties
• Liaise with distributors about sales & promotion plan
• Monitor closely on monthly sales budget, rolling forecast, sell out & sell thru report
• Reach monthly sales budget assigned
• Meet and build close relationship with local dealers/retailers
• Understand complete pricing waterfall and business model of each trade partner like margin of distributors/retailers and import requirement
• Set suitable sell-in price and retails price which are competitive correspondence with brand positioning and strategy
• Follow up order with factory from order placing to shipment, well organize the shipment schedule with distributors
• Understand market situation by conducting market research and store visit
• Develop a complete product line-up to compete in market correspondence with our brand positioning and strategy
• Liaise with internal department to source and develop new products
• Understand and follow up with distributors about country safety approval and prepare country approval samples
• Liaise with distributors to develop online and offline marketing plan with budget control
• Manage distribute rs channel marketing like POP materials, image counter, product display etc  
• Evaluate ROI to marketing activities

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum seven relevant experience
• Experience with frequent cross-functional interactions and working in a geographically dispersed team
• Good verbal, written and listening skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experience in home appliances / personal care fields is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive to solve problem and to work
• Be a team player to perform overall sales and marketing target
• Exposure in South Eastern Asia market is preferred
• Frequent travel is required
