Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination and provide administrative support to Marketing Team
• To research, identify and develop new market/ business opportunities in South-east Asia and other potential regions;
• Preparation of proposal and quotation;
• Attend meeting and presentation with clients.
• To conduct regular response analysis and generate market report on the progress;
• To review and revamp the marketing tools / channels / web sites;
• To coordinate and liaise with clients on contract terms and conditions to close deal inclusive of contract administration;
• To collaborate with project team heads on project negotiations and execution as and if necessary;
• To build and maintain long term relationship and business rapport with clients;
• Travel abroad for business trip if required;
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holders preferably in the field of Architecture/ Landscape Architecture/ Design related/ Marketing / Business Development;
• 2 years or above relevant experience;
• Native or extremely fluent in English and good command of Chinese;
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and presentation skills;
• Proficient in Artwork Production and Retouching (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.);
• A strategic thinker, with a drive for quality and sales results;
• High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment;
• A good team player who are responsible, mature and able to work under pressure.
