Responsibilities:

• Handle medical claims, billing and reimbursement processing
• Prepare relevant invoices, statements and reports on time
• Handle service enquiries and/or complaints from customers and clinics
• Participate in any other medical operations and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above, with 1-2 years of relevant working experiences.  Senior Operations Officer will be offered to candidate whom has strong data sense and good management skill.
• Familiar with MS Office and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, independent and able to meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills and customer services
• Previous working experience in medical related industries would be an advantage
• Native in Cantonese, good command in verbal and written English. Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferable
