Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle medical operations matter for customers and clinics including Hospitalization Pre-authorization, Occupational Health Management, Care Management.
- Prepare relevant reports on time
- Handle service enquiries and/or complaints from customers and clinics
- Participate in any other medical operations, Projects and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate, with 3 years of relevant working experiences in medical industry
- Detail-oriented, flexible, independent and able to meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills and customer services
- Registered Nurse would be an advantage
- Native in Cantonese, good command in verbal and written English. Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is preferable
