Job Description

1. Prepare and issue purchase orders to overseas factories as well as manage each order shipment plans from creation to payment;
2. Follow up and analyze purchase order execution & completion;
3. Check supplier shipping documents and prepare related internal documents;
4. Liaise with internal parties to make sure all specifications are communicated and received by Suppliers;
5. Manage all product and supplier data setup and updates in system;
6. Regularly review supplier costing;
7. Work closely with Finance Department and responsible for basic accounting duties;
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder, in Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations, Business Admin or relevant disciplines;
2. 1-2 years' work experience in supply chain and logistics operations;
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
5. Immediate available will be an advantage;
6. Fresh graduates will be considered as Supply Chain Assistant.
