Job Descriptions:

• Provide Secretarial support to director (drafting email, meeting coordination, lunch arrangement, travel arrangement etc. ) 
• Assist in daily work of Director and Sales Managers
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operation and personal matters
• Perform general clerical work, data entry and administration support to the teams
• Parcel, car arrangement and coordinate with customers' pick up
• Support management meetings including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
• Carry out ad hoc assignments directed by management

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above (University graduate is an advantage)  
• 1-3 years' working experiences
• Knowledgeable in computer operation & Chinese word typing
• Good communication skill, Self-initiative, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
• Occasionally travel to DongGuan
