Job Description/Responsibilities

Set up QC system

Implementing company quality requirements to enhance high-quality outputs.

Be proactive in identifying production problems and be able to resolve problems through internal channels

Provide technical support to merchandising team on specification and construction and to production team on quality improvement

Actively follow up on Corrective & Preventive Action Plans

Plan and implement continuous improvement on production process and quality

Monitor the entire production processes to ensure all schedules are correctly met.

Understand the tech pack and be able to communicate with UK office / oversea factory.

Experience in fabric / factory audit (compliance) / evaluation

Requirement/Qualification for QA

Form 5 / Degree / diploma holder related to production / QC management

Minimum 3 years or at least 10 years solid experience in fancy garment/woven/knits.  QC field, with 5 years in managerial level

Independent

Possess wide experience of garment construction/production/specification

Strong product sense with technical knowledge and ability to provide technical support to merchandising team

Pattern making knowledge is a plus

Must be familiar with USA/EU/UK markets

Proficiency in both written/spoken English, Chinese.  Mandarin is a must

Frequent travel is required.

Requirement/Qualification for QC

F.5 or above

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in fancy garment/ woven/knits manufacturing.

Familiar with Global brand’s compliance and evaluation matter, QA standards, policies and documentation procedures.

Strong experience in QA/QC department operation.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills, good organization and planning skills

Proficiency in both written/spoken English, Chinese.  Mandarin is a must

Detail-minded, organised, self-motivated, flexible and could be independent as well as a strong team player.

Willing to station in Dongguan / Hung Zhou factory
