Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory system
• Follow up with vendors on production information
• Create PO and follow up purchasing orders
• Draw data from the system to prepare and generate reports
• Communicate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth logistic flow

Requirement

• University Degree with 1-2 years’ experience in related industry
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated
• Strong sense in figures

Fresh graduated will also be considered.
