Job brief:

We are looking for a passionate candidate to fill the position of  Merchandiser  Assistant in the sales, shipping and logistic team.

The successful candidate will be helping both teams.

Responsibilities

• Usual Merchandiser tasks
• Document handling, filing and data processing

• Product data uploading to several major retailer portal ie Amazon, Target, BBB, Walmart
• Item maintenance Amazon, WM etc.
• Customer service to web order customer ie HKTV Mall and order following
• Sales order data entry
• Sales enthusiasts with positive thinking
• Experience with Netsuite ERP a plus
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Experience with Amazon portal a plus

• Assist Sales Manager with her needs
• Be able to multi task within the production, logistic and sales
• Maintain Amazon accounts
• Product testing

• Retail Link experience – Walmart USA, Walmart Canada a plus

• Quick and accuracy
• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in merchandising/Sales
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, A MUST
• Responsible, detail-minded, flexible, good team player, a fast-learner, able to cope with deadline, eager to learn, punctual, responsive
• Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• High degree of work commitment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Mac environment and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
