Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and manage compliance surveillance testing and ad-hoc compliance review assignment or investigations
• Plan, prepare and implement compliance programs and AML transactions monitoring
• Perform correspondent banking relationship due diligence and periodic review
• Conduct transaction monitoring of the correspondent banking relationships
• Design and conduct compliance training
• Handle enquiries from the regulatory authorities and other departments on compliance related issues
• Work independently or lead a small team on daily issue

  Job Requirements:

•  Degree holder and 2 years or above experience of compliance/KYC/AML experience
• Experience with investigate techniques and report writing
• The ability to make decisions and independent judgement calls autonomously
• Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Competency in Chinese and English is a must.
• Can work under pressure and is a team player
