Responsibilities

• Develop yearly cash and inventories operations control review plan, including risk assessment and content of field work
• Perform exceptions based review
• Develop, deploy and manage internal policies, protocols, guidelines and SOPs
• Establish structure, reporting lines, authorities and responsibilities and communication channel
• Analyse cash and inventories control performance with recommendations
• Drive internal review to identify internal control weaknesses, including but not limited to financial, operational and compliance in all areas within JCR, with recommendations
• Supervise subordinate performance and perform quality assurance check for their work done
• Develop training deck related to internal control for internal users
• Handle whistleblowing
• To complete any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• 8+ years of internal audit experience, preferable in F&B/retail business
• Excellent in communication skill, including both written and verbal, in both English and Cantonese/Chinese
• Excellent computing skill, such as MS office, BI tools. VBA and Macro is a plus
• Excellent in analytical skill and able to handle large volume of data
• CPA qualification is preferred with bachelor degree in related discipline
• Able to adapt flexi working hours
