Responsibilities:

• Provide support in all compliance function and to ensure internal policies and procedures are complied with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in SFC licensing applications and notifications, and other related matters; 
• Liaise with SFC, HKEx and other regulators for any inquiries and requests
• Assist in providing AML advisory support to the business team
• Assist in maintaining and developing compliance policies and procedures to ensure the company's activities are in compliance with latest statutory and regulatory requirements
• Keep tracking of CPT hours for licensed persons
• Work closely with back office, front office, internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities on compliance issues
• Support ad-hoc projects related to the quality control or compliance

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related disciplined
• 1-2 years compliance experience in the finance industry
• Knowledge of SFO and HKEX regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, result-oriented, able to work with all levels of people
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Compliance Officer
