Responsibilities:

• Drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements of the group, including non-disclosure agreements, service provider agreements, vendor agreements and other general commercial documents and contracts;
• Assisting in drafting, vetting and reviewing various capital markets related, financing related, funds related and direct investment related corporate and commercial documents and agreements;
• Assisting with due diligence and translation, conduct researches for legal, compliance and risk related issues;
• Rendering legal advice to HK, Mainland and Singapore teams;
• Manage legal risks generally, including liaison with counterparties, external counsels and other professional parties;
• Providing legal support generally and other ad-hoc legal related duties and assignments.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder with 5 years' experience in PQE;
• Qualified in at least one Common Law jurisdiction is required;
• Well organized and attention to detail;
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Immediate available is preferred; 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Legal & Risk Manager.
