We currently have an opening for a Paralegal position in our Hong Kong office under the Corporate department.

Role or Job Responsibilities:
•Assist associates to draft documents related to corporate finance projects
•Conduct due diligence investigations and research
•Contact and following up with clients and regulatory bodies in general enquiries and project related issues

Qualifications and Attributes
•A law degree holder with experience in corporate finance (IPO and M&A) projects
•Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
•Experience in managing a demanding workload
•Able to work as an active team member
•Flexible regarding working hours is essential
•Attention to details
