Legal Counsel, a challenging position for ambitious candidate to excel in senior management level. The right candidate will report directly to the Executive Director, COO & Group Legal Counsel

Your key responsibilities

• Pre-screening of legal issues in investment opportunities and corporate projects
• Providing legal support to the diversified businesses of the Group on matters relating to corporate/project finance, real estate transactions, assets management, M&A transactions and listing rules compliance
• Ensuring proper and timely communication with external legal advisors and various department heads
• Keeping the Group’s executives up-to-date of regulatory changes and other legislation matters

Your profile

• Qualified lawyer in HK or overseas with relevant experience (3 – 8 years PQE), preferably gained in law firms, funds, REIT or listed companies
• Familiar with listing rules and related regulations in HK
• Excellent drafting skill with the ability to provide accurate, practical and timely advice
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Confident, effective multitasking, proactive with strong interpersonal skills
