Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the leasing management of Group’s store network
• Liaise closely with estate agents, property developers / owners in acquiring suitable sites
• Accountable for souring, acquisition of new sites as well as leasing renewals of existing stores
• Conduct leasing administration works including reviewing Tenancy Agreement and preparation of outgoing letter correspondence

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 5 years of solid experience working with property developers, estate agents or other related parties, of which 2 years at supervisory level
• Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters, reviewing tenancy agreement and preparing letter correspondence
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
