Responsibilities:

• To supervise BA Operators and organize maintenance for BMS
• To assist engineers to coordinate and handle engineering works
• To provide technical support for BS and Building

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, holder of Certificate in Building Services Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Other Engineering Discipline or above
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, Grade A or above is preferred
• Good knowledge of building services systems and familiar with DDC system, BACnet system, CAD and MS applications
• At least 5 years working experience in BMS and engineering
• Experience in high rise commercial building is preferred
