Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team to handle customers’ technical enquiries.
• Update and maintain technical service documentation in the system and generate daily collection report.
• Reviewing warranty and maintenance plan, issue free-trouble invitation letters and renewal maintenance agreements on regular basis.
• Promote customer care led business, to deliver after-sales technical support service to developers & management offices.
• Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• 3 years working experience, experience gain in technical support, customer service or sales administration field will be an advantage.
• Strong sense on customer service and able to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
• Professional communication and presentation skills on products features and technical support.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing.
• Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently.
