Responsibilities:

• Manage all store functions including staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual presentation, customer service, point-of-sale and overall store operations
• Focus on creating an outstanding customer experience and shopping environment for a diverse customer base including national and international tourists and local community
• Optimize visual merchandising and product presentation to highlight the unique assortment
• Ensure all staff is properly trained and knowledgeable.
• Work with merchandise team, and overseas team to refine and revise product assortment to meet the needs of the customers
• Achieve financial store’s budget and profit goals
• Focus on driving conversion and average transaction to meet business requirements

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• To be considered to apply store supervisor if the candidates with less experience
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience with 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail industry
• Solid experience in managing in retails operation, shop opening and merchandising
• Strong leader with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail personnel
• Responsible, pleasant, proactive, outgoing and customer-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate with lifestyle and designers’ products, and developing in retail industry
