Responsibilities

l   Provide in-house and on-site field services of air monitoring system & product installation, calibration, commissioning, repair and subsequent support and maintenance services to customers.

l   To coordinate with customer service, sales team and project manager for product quotation, warranty, project/tender management and after sales technical supports/queries. Provide product & application training, calibration, field testing and compliance support to customers.

l   Prepare regular progress, calibration & field service reports to senior management and customers.

l   Act as liaison between sales team, application and service support, and product management.

l   Support ad hoc project assigned by the company.

l   Occasional traveling to Main Land China for field service support is expected.

l   Coordination work with overseas service team on the installation and technical support.

Requirement

l   Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology or equivalent.

l   Minimum 2 years relevant experience in field service support in energy and environmental industry. At least 1 year on-site service experience is preferred.

l   Knowledge on waste and gas management is also an advantage.

l   Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus.

l   Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently.

l   Able to work under pressure at night shift on ad hoc project and willing to work at crematorium.

l   Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) is a must.
